This
report provides information on the 12 sunset factors the Legislature is to
consider in determining whether to continue the Arizona Department of
Transportation (ADOT), Motor Vehicle Division, and also contains three program
fact sheets for MVD’s customer services, enforcement services, and support
services programs. The report indicates a continued need for the ADOT MVD, notes
that MVD has met its overall objective and purpose, and summarizes the two
performance audits conducted on MVD that identify opportunities for improvement.
